Job Description

It’s an exciting time for the Housing Service, we have an ambitious future programme of development and regeneration. An interesting, varied and customer focused role, which allows you to interact with all areas of the Housing Service, their customers and the wider Council.

Working with our customers to determine their requirements, answering inquiries and clarifying information. Researching, locating and providing information.

Resolving problems by clarifying issues; liaising with Officers, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

You will be expected to process and complete administrative tasks for the Housing Demand team including monitoring the council’s obligations; organise and attend meetings.
